A method, not just a service list
Managing a building well means understanding it before acting on it. This is the process we apply to every property and portfolio we take on.
Understand the building
Review the property, its condition, services, known defects, responsibilities and existing records.
Identify assets, obligations and risks
Establish what needs to be maintained, inspected, tested, monitored or replaced.
Prepare the plan
Develop the planned maintenance, compliance and delivery programme, including priorities and future requirements.
Coordinate delivery
Arrange the appropriate resources, contractors and specialists while maintaining one clear point of responsibility.
Record and evidence completion
Retain appropriate certificates, photographs, completion records, recommendations and outstanding actions.
Report and review
Keep the client informed, review performance and plan the next stage before issues become emergencies.
Tell us what the property is and what is outstanding, and we will set out what is involved, who carries it out and what you receive on completion.
